#102 – 5 Session Package


1-on-1 training with Darrell to target and fix your current limitations and concerns. 5 sessions that each last approximately one hour and will involve weekly exercises and assessments to track improvement. In-person or Zoom sessions available.


Individually customized through repeated assessing and reassessing to relieve pain, free up movement or improve performance.

Sessions last approximately 1 hour but may run slightly shorter or longer based on goals, capacity for neural load (i.e. neural stamina) and schedule availability.

Sessions are available in person or over Zoom for your convenience.
